Frequently Asked Questions


  • I offer in-person sessions in my office at 130 Main Street (Route 20) in Northborough, MA. My office is located in Building 2 on the second floor within the Aligned Chiropractic Wellness Center (no affiliation), Suite D.

  • I use a secure and confidential telehealth platform through SimplePractice. You will receive a unique link for each session sent by email and text message. You can use either a web browser on your desktop/laptop or download an app for mobile devices.

  • My rate is $185 per 45-minute session. Payment is due in full at the time of the session. I am out-of-network with insurance, which means I do not work directly with insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a “Superbill” document that you can submit for potential partial reimbursement. I am also able to accept FSA/HSA cards as my services are considered a qualified medical expense.

  • You are always able to cancel a session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice by using the client portal or by emailing, texting, or calling me. If it is less than 24 hours or you do not attend a planned session with no notice, you will be responsible for and charged a missed session fee of $185. The fee may be waived in the event of extenuating circumstances.

  • I do not meet with children or adolescents. I also do not conduct family or couples therapy. I will occasionally meet with family members to support a current client . My rate for family sessions is $275.

  • Adults (anyone over the age of 18) will need to contact me directly if they are interested in working with me. You are welcome to give them my contact information or they can schedule a free phone consultation for more information. .

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost. This is part of the No Surprises Act that went into effect in 2022. Learn more.
